Trans Alpine Full Day Train Excursion
The TranzAlpine scenic train journey travels between Christchurch and Greymouth, from one coast of New Zealand to the other. The train journey sets off from Christchurch - New Zealand's largest city on the South Island and the trip is 223.8 kilometres long and takes just four and a half hours. The TranzAlpine departs Christchurch and Greymouth daily, allowing you to plan a day excursion, weekend getaway or a longer trip.
